So, ya'll know 
got me addicted to Team Fortress 2.
Well, in my quest to feed my addiction, I came across a fanfic called "The Scout and the Crab", found on FFN right here: [link]
Folks, though I love each and every one of the TF2 crew, I admit, Scout is far from my favorite. BLU Spy is one of my favorites. I don't much care for SpyxScout...but this fic...
I'm in love with it...and I am a tough customer to please. The characters are so lovable, and in line with the cannon personalities (she writes a really great RED Scout), this fic has some great humor in it, without it overshadowing the severity of the situation...
...just go read it, people.
I found out earlier this week that the author of "The Scout and the Crab" has an account here (and has some lovely art in her gallery, especially if you're a fan of spyxscout...I'm not, but I still enjoy her work!).
Today, I had no classes, and the author,
, was kind enough to answer a question I had regarding where she found a particular art book she mentioned having (I've been looking for that particular title for quite some time)...and I had some free time...
I was going to draw some Fusionfall related artwork, but then the SpyCrabs invaded the page...so I just drew a spycrab spam page
Each sketch is (COMPLETELY VOID OF CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER) a scene from 's The Scout and the Crab.
Actually, the first two aren't true to the story. The first one is the spycrab after Scout has patched up his cracked claw. the injury is bothering the poor cursed BLU Spy, and the Spy can't help but miss is own team's Medic in such a situation.
In the actual fic, Scout just put a bandaid on it, but I drew him cleaning the injury there at the top right.
Angry, bleeding spycrab on the pillow, spycrab smiling with bandaid on his claw, spycrab taking a shower with Scout (perched on Scout's shoulder), spycrab omnomming IN a bowl of cereal (lol cereal bowl fail on my part), and Spycrab being shooed away by Medic's foot...all scenes from The Scout and the Crab.

im still sad that the story stopped at chapter 36, its one of my favorite tf2 fanfics (though im not a huge fan of some of the ships in it, but that doesnt change my opinion on it)
