Gwen does her job up in Haunted Ridge and runs the Plumber base like a well-oiled machine.

Information relayed from Kevin in Nowhere helps the scientists understand the Fusion threat better every day.

Ben hardly ever gets to see or even talk to the three of them, yet the seperation doesn't seem to be having any effect on their success. They perform their duties with ease.

Ben is the only one out of the team who has just been failure after consistent failure. He knows how embarrassed that his grandfather, his cousin, and Kevin must be of him. He's been nothing but a total disgrace to the good name of the Plumbers, no matter how hard he tries.

As he trudges through the cold evening rain as the dark of night falls over the land, he hurts everywhere. The weight of the world is on his shoulders, and he is just so -tired-....
